Usage ideas: 

• To use a sea salt scrub, start by wetting your skin in the shower or bath with warm water to open the pores. Apply the scrub to damp skin, gently massaging in circular motions. Focus on dry or problematic areas, avoiding sensitive areas. Once massaged, rinse completely with warm water. After drying, apply Inspira Cream to keep skin soft. Remember to adjust the frequency of use according to your skin type; generally once or twice a week is sufficient.
